Susan is the Oracle Data & Analytics Technologies Leader in PWC’s Consumer and Industrial Products and Services practice with 18 years of experience in both strategy and implementations. Susan came to PWC as an experienced practice builder including business development, methodologies and resource management and planning.
She excels in both executive and project level communications and negotiations and is our go to person for complex and challenging programs. She is an experienced project leader and implementation specialist across industries. Susan’s lead multiple Data & Analytics Technologies enterprise and departmental implementations across a wide range of subject areas including human capital management, finance, sales, marketing, project management, enterprise asset management, real estate management, supply chain, and procurement and spend. In addition, she’s lead multiple strategy and roadmap engagements where she assessed the current environment including strategy, people, technology, data, and processes. She developed the go forward strategy and realistic roadmap based on findings and business priorities, while building consensus across the organization.
Susan is a founding leader of PWC WIT (Women in Technology.) She co-chairs the PWC Women in Technology (WIT) Strategic Alliances Program and Global Peer to Peer Program. In these roles, Susan has leveraged her business intelligence and analytics skills to identify key measures to track progress and show the impact of these programs to the organization.
